Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click over the 'Checkout' link on the menu and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Overseas orders

Please note that we currently only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. If you would like to purchase from us and have your order delivered to an overseas address, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment

We accept on-line card and PayPal payments and operate a Reserve & Collect scheme. Click here for more information.

Errors

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Communication

You will receive an email from us within minutes of placing an order. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact us as there may be an error with your order or the email address you have given. Please note that this email does not indicate to you that a contract exists between us.

At each stage of the order process you will receive an email from us, culminating in an email stating that your order has been shipped.

Only when you receive an invoice from us is there deemed to be a contract between us. This is to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in the pricing, product description, or that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Should any of these conditions arise we will always contact you to ensure that you wish to proceed with your order, taking into account the amended price, or product description, before raising the invoice and shipping the goods.
