Returns
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
We accept returns for exchange or refund under the following terms & conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days in a re-sellable condition, in their original packaging, complete with their original sales tags attached and the original invoice included.
- Items received after 7 days, may, at our discretion be issued with a credit voucher to use on our website.
- Goods returned after 28 days will not be accepted.
- In cases were Blu Kangaroo receive goods which have been washed, cleaned or repaired - no refund shall be issued.
None of these terms affect your legal rights. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Before returning anything
Please contact us before returning anything, by phone or email, to receive our authorisation to return the item.
Packaging and returning your items
For your own protection we suggest that you return items to us using recorded delivery using a trusted and assured parcel delivery service. The package should be insured for the full value of the contents.
We will not refund you for items that we do not receive.
Return postage refunds
Please note that we cannot refund any postage charges that you may have paid to return items to us unless we have sent you an incorrect item or that item is deemed to be faulty.
Unpaid return postage and items damaged in transit
Blu Kanagroo does not accept any responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid, where the item has become damaged or lost in transit.
Processing your return
Within 14 days of receiving your returned item, and once we have verified that the returned items are in their original condition, we will send you an email to advise that your credit/debit card has been refunded.
Please note that it can take up to a further 5 days for refund to be cleared in your account, depending on your bank/credit card company internal processes.
