Shipping & Handling

We like to keep things simple at Blu Kangaroo. As a result we charge a flat rate for delivery of £4.99 to any address within the United Kingdom and just £9.99 to any address outside the UK.

All packages are shipped to UK addresses using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for extra protection and can normally be expected to arrive within two days of our posting them (though we are not responsible for packages that take longer to arrive - this must be taken up with Royal Mail direct).

Urgent orders

If your order is urgent, please advise us by email and we will endevour to post your parcel that day by UPS or Parcel Force. However, this may not always be possible if we are waiting for stock deliveries. We will let you know immediately about the availability of your item and give our best estimate of times scale.

Undelivered packages

Items cannot be left in the garage, outside or with a neighbour. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, then the parcel will be left at the post office for your collection, The postal delivery personnel is obliged to leave a card through the door to let you know this has happened. If the parcel isn't collected by the date shown on the delivery card, then the items will be returned to us. We do not refund the delivery charge and will apply our normal delivery charge to send back to you.

Delivery Schedule

We will endevour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3-4 business days.

Orders damaged or lost in transit

You must inform us within 2 working days of receipt of delivery if the goods are damaged in transit.

If, after five days of being informed that your order has shipped, you have not received your order please inform us so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery, as supplied by our delivery company, is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
